BS International School, Electronics City Phase 1, recently hosted a vibrant and meaningful celebration that beautifully blended International Yoga Day, World Music Day, and Father’s Day. The event, held on 20 June, was filled with enthusiasm, joy, and vibrant participation from students, parents, and staff.
A Morning of Mindfulness
The day began on a serene note with an invigorating Yoga and Meditation Session conducted by experienced mentors from Art of Living. Participants — including students, parents, and teachers — were guided through practices that promoted mindfulness, inner peace, and holistic well-being. The session set a calm and positive tone for the rest of the celebrations.
Music That Energized the Spirit
Adding rhythm and energy to the occasion, the BSIS School Band delivered a spectacular live performance. Their exceptional talent captivated the entire audience, filling the atmosphere with musical joy and perfectly aligning with World Music Day celebrations.
Celebrating Fatherhood with Fun & Creativity
Father’s Day celebrations brought a special charm to the event. Enthusiastic and dynamic fathers actively participated in a series of engaging competitions, including:

Their creativity, confidence, and sporting spirit made the competitions truly memorable. Outstanding performers were felicitated with awards. As a beautiful symbol of growth, gratitude, and sustainability, every participant was presented with a saplings, encouraging them to nurture both nature and family relationships.
