A comprehensive CBSE training session on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 was successfully conducted on October 11, 2025, at BS International School, Bangalore. This pivotal session aimed to empower educators with a profound understanding of the NEP’s vision, objectives, and implementation strategies within schools.
The training was significantly enriched by the insights and expertise of two esteemed CBSE Empanelled Resource Persons: Ms. Dipti Chaudhari from BHAVAN-Bangalore Press School, Chamarajpet, Karnataka, and Ms. Minakshi Vijay from HAL New Public School, Marathahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka. Their guidance was instrumental in navigating the key pillars of NEP 2020, which include holistic and multidisciplinary education, foundational literacy and numeracy, competency-based learning, experiential pedagogies, and teacher capacity building.
Participants engaged in an interactive and dynamic environment, sharing perspectives and clarifying implementation strategies. Teachers from BSIS participated enthusiastically, gaining valuable insights into aligning their teaching practices with the progressive goals of NEP 2020.
The session concluded with an engaging Q&A and feedback round, leaving participants motivated and better prepared to contribute to the transformational goals of the Indian education system.
